In case you missed it, the UVDems are offering a workshop given by Organize New Hampshire and the Voter Protection Team on July 9th that will address the issue of voting in the 2020 election.
Be prepared to learn new COVID-era skills and tactics to be able to convince people of the urgency to prepare for this election!
Even if you’ve never considered volunteering or getting involved, this workshop will train you to become a more informative friend/family or community member. No strings attached.
Upper Valley Democrats invite you to a mini-training conducted by Kelsey Klementowic, head of the Voter Protection team at NH Democratic Party and Liz Wester, Organize NH- Coordinated Campaign Director. (specific people to be confirmed)
In this virtual training, we will discuss voting in New Hampshire in the 2020 elections — including the adaptations the state has made to the voting process in light of the COVID-19 crisis. Learn how to talk to others about absentee voting and how to register to vote this year! Find out how you can ensure safe and smooth elections in your local community!
The speakers from the NHDP will present a whole slew of tools for us to use—action focused. And, yes, Democratic campaign volunteers are the audience! The two NHDP coaches will empower us in the UV to ensure Democrats, Undeclareds, and thoughtful Republicans will vote, in spite of, or maybe because of the pandemic.
